Your Place in Spain Viewing Property Program

This stage we believe to be the most exciting part for our clients as they venture out on the viewing trip to find their dream Spanish property in their desired location.

On your viewing trip you will be taken to view the properties that you have chosen to view from your portfolio which Your Place in Spain created based on your requirements and specification.

If there is a property you would like to view we will arrange a mutually convenient date and time where we can pick you up from the place your staying and take you around the area and the property itself, giving you as much as information as possible so please feel free to take advantage of our knowledge.

We want our clients to have a pleasurable and memorable experience, that is why everything we do is tailored around you, your requirements and wishes and we always go that extra mile to see you smile.

If after your viewing trip you find yourself wanting to buy a property we will arrange a meeting and introduction with an English speaking lawyer so you are 100% sure of the purchase process and legal requirements.

Ideally you will need a 2 night stay minimum and preferably on a working day, this is required to ensure all can be put in place to achieve your purchase.

We advise clients to prepare relevant questions for the lawyer to answer that will provide you with a good understanding of what the Spanish banks can do for you, which Your Place in Spain can assist you with, if necessary.

We understand our clients may need time alone to consider the decision of purchasing a property and we fully respect your privacy at this stage. 

Your Place in Spain believe that you, the client, should be in control at all times.  Our aim is to prepare you accordingly with information supporting the purchase process, and it is important to us that you are aware of what is expected once you are in the position to buy.

We can, in certain locations and at certain times throughout the year, offer subsidised accommodation for clients only viewing with Your Place in Spain. However, where no subsidy of accommodation is available, on completion of the purchase * ‘Your Place in Spain’ will offer to the purchaser a contribution towards the costs of the viewing trip, payable within one month of the completion date.*

Your Place in Spain and its associates do not advocate ‘hard sell techniques.’ What we do ask, to avoid any disappointment, is that clients wishing to view property be in a position to buy. The reason we ask this is because it is highly likely, after you have been through our pre-visit process of information and portfolios, that you will see your dream home whist on your viewing trip.
