Did you know that in the region of Murcia there are annual tapas routes that takes place throughout the year? Well right now there is one happening in the Los Belones area, from the 24th April until the 10th May. These routes invite both residents and visitors to enjoy a tapa and a drink in participating establishments for just €2.50.
There are 21 bars and restaurants taking place in this particular route, all offering a choice of 31 tapas, and drinks too including wine, beer or a cafe con leche. There are prizes on offer too, for anyone trying more than 4 tapas and receiving the necessary stamps along the route, they will be entitled to vote for their favorite dish on offer. They will then be entered into a draw to win a prize.
These routes are a lot of fun and are a great way of checking out new bars and restaurants, and meeting up with fellow visitors and residents in the process too.
Sun, lovely food, drinks and a great chance to socialise too, what a brilliant way to spend a weekend. That’s why we love Spain!

Hola Property Hunters! What beautiful weather we are having this week, not quite as beautiful as that in Spain, but it’s so great to see the sun and feel the warmth after a cold winter. The unseasonably warm temperatures that we are having are being caused by the ‘Spanish Plume’ weather system.
