This weekend just gone passed in the blink of an eye, and the reason why….we were exhibiting at A Place in the Sun Live, at the Birmingham NEC. It was absolutely fantastic, and as one of our first major exhibitions of the year, an unforgettable experience for Your Place in Spain Ltd.
We understand the show brought in over 6500 visitors over the three days, which as you can imagine, created such a buzz of energy. The exhibition was very much dominated by Spain, although countries such as Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and America were prevalent too.
AIPP Membership
One thing that was extremely obvious to us was how very well received the information about buying safely overseas was, and how educated customers are to the buying process and the importance of buying safely. The A Place in the Sun team, including Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin, sat down with visitors in ‘The Hub’ to discuss the most important factors in purchasing properties overseas.
As buying safely is the number one message that Your Place in Spain Ltd deliver to our clients, it was fantastic for us to hear visitors to our stand asking all the right questions, taking great interest in our official membership of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) and wanting to speak to Independent solicitors ahead of purchasing property.
